All of our items are custom made to order! our coloring panels usually take 2-5 business days to produce before shipping. Shipping times depend on your location and can take on average 2-7 days. Typically, customers will have their order in hands in about 1 1/2 weeks.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for US customers (within the contiguous U.S).
Q. What are your coloring panels made of?
Impartoo’s coloring panels are made of wood. These wooden panels are primed with gesso (a white coat), making them ideal for absorbing color. Did you know that most surviving paintings from the 13th to the early 16th century are painted on wooden panels? Our wooden panels are archival quality, that means your art will stand the test of time.
Q. What medium can I use on your coloring panels?
Acrylic paints, oil paints, colored pencils, pens, markers, acrylic gouaches and more.
Q. Do I need to have any artistic skill to make my coloring panel look good?
Having artistic skills is great but not necessary. Simply color the design however you like. We invite you to unleash your creativity. Check out our Color Wheel page for complimentary colors ideas.
Q. I like the design just the way it is?
Many of our designs look good as is and can be hung directly on the wall.

Q. Do I need to add a frame to the panel?
No, our premium-grade birch wooden panels look great as is and make for a beautiful frameless presentation. However, if you wish to add a frame you may do so.
Q. Does the image on your site accurately reflect what I will be sent?
We strive for accuracy, however in some cases our visual representations may be approximate due to the difference in screen resolution, screen size, monitor type and the like. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (we do not provide return shipping).
Q. What is your return policy?
